I was first introduced to Wills about 3 years ago by my ins co who used them to replace the top on my convertible they did an excellenj, a litte over sa year ago I was having problems with the top reclining all the way back so I took it to the dealer and the said it was the straps and it would cost over 200 to fix so I called the ins co to see who they used and they told me Wills so I called...

Friendly staff - yes, afforadable - same price as other shops, attention to detail - NO. My car has been there a week and a half. I've been there three times for delivery and each time I find something wrong on the top installation. Starting to worry about long term issues.
