I had my wedding and reception here and I was very happy with how everything turned out. The employees at this country club really do go above and beyond to provide you with anything you may need not to mention the country club itself is beautiful. I highly recommend this venue.

Sherri, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic. She was willing to try all of my ideas and incorporate what I wanted into my special day. She was there all day the day of the wedding and left around 8:00 after all the major coordination was through. The room where the bridal party gets ready is perfect!! Also, the chef prepared us snacks like wraps and sandwiches as well as a variety of soda's....

The setting was beautiful, the service was flawless, the staff was so helpful, and the food was spectacular! Willow Oaks did more than they could to make the evening one we will never forget. A wonderful place to have a wedding reception! We ordered chair covers and sashes from and outside vendor and they were delivered to Willow Oaks creased and totally unusable. Willow Oaks saved my wedding. Due to the awful Richmond storms, Willow Oaks unfortunately lost power, but with their connections, I was able to change my venue, and they did all of the coordination. I still wish I would have had my wedding at Willow Oaks though, because their location is gorgeous and the food is uber yummy! And best of all, they are affordable and very respectful and professional.

Willow Oaks did a fantastic job with everything from the bridal consultant to the food. There were no complaint about them. They did everything I asked and were not "seen" at the wedding. I would highly recommend Abby as well as the catering director!
