Owner watches you park then calls towing company when he thinks you won't enter your store. We were buying a gift next door at the outlet mall and we're going to ship it so we parked in his lot, we came back to now car and $150 bill for the tow and cab. His tow signs didn't specify anything and in order to enter his lot you have to enter through the outlet mall; we weren't even gone 45 minutes....
