My first Honda experience and definitely my last. They do not stand behind the product they sold you. This dealership lacks customer service, professionalism and has no regard for their customers. Beware!!

They lied to me.

I was disappointed when the sales person whom I've dealt with for a number of years lied about the trade in value of my SUV. He didn't know I had obtained a trade in value prior to arriving. He quoted me over $1500 less, insisting he obtained it from a website I had visited several hours before.
