Returning from a trip to upstate New York, we decided to take an extra day and stop at Williamsburg. We were not disappointed. Excellent tours of several of the buildings, conducted by the best docents we have ever encountered. Williamsburg should provide training seminars to other museums and attractions on how to be a great docent. These people were terrific...

As our son is finally old enough (12) to go on more historical trips, we try to do a few theme parks and a few museums/historical outings. Our son is also autistic; we thought a tour would help keep him interested by bringing history alive.
