My experience was very positive. I was shown several vehicles, and when it became obvious that the Optima was beyond my means, I was shown the Forte models. Differences between the ideals were pointed out as were the price differences. In the end, I was able to find a car that for my driving needs and my budget.

Anything I have to say is nothing against Todd. The service was fairly fast, which was a plus. However, this is the first place I've received service where I wasn't briefly walked through the status of my car. I assume since I wasn't, that no news is good news. I recommend though, to give customers piece of mind before they take off, just to walk through the safety inspection results, whether...

My sixth jeep purchase in 24 months and currently own five jeeps. Customer service was dantasic. Tyler was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He was not pushy but knew when to step in with information to assist with decision making. I would return to him and Williamsburg Chrysler again in the future.
