In addition, we have headpieces, veils, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories to better compliment what you are wearing, whether it’s for a wedding or a night out. The personal service we provide keeps our customers coming back. Williamsburg Bridal & Formal works with brides on a scheduled appointment to ensure personalized service for each bride. Our appointments are one hour long; however, the appointment can be extended if there are no other appointments scheduled. We strongly recommend being prompt for your appointment.

Horrendous customer service

AWFUL! They have terrible customer service issues.
-They rarely, if ever, pick up their phone.
-Two of my bridesmaids needed to call the store to finish paying for their dresses, and they were told that the store HAD NO RECORD of their order. I called the shop, went completely bridezilla, and then was told that they had never spoken to my girls at all.
-Trying to find out the status of an order is a NIGHTMARE. Only one bridesmaid was called about her dress coming in, when the other three came in at the same time, and I was never called either. When I ordered another bridesmaid dress with them later and was trying to find out the status because my bridesmaid was never called, they said that they only ever call the bride. Seeing as I am the bride, I can tell you this is not true.
-I finally got fed up with the run-around they were giving me, tried to ask some questions, and was shushed by the saleswoman. She'd let hell freeze over before I interrupted her, but she had no problem interrupting me constantly.
-They do not keep records of if/when the dresses are picked up, nor do they try terribly hard to keep the bridal parties straight (she kept giving me the status of a dress for someone who wasn't even in my party). They couldn't even tell me which dresses I had already picked up and which ones were still in because the saleswoman even admitted that they do not check them out. So basically, someone could walk away with one of your girl's dresses, and they would have no record of it.
AWFUL TERRIBLE HORRIBLE ABYSMAL.
I wanted to support a local business by going here, but I ended up buying my dress at a Davids Bridal and had a much better experience. Do not waste your time in WMBG B&F.
