Get everything in writing. Happy with the carpet and vinyl I had installed in the end but had to manage the install experience closely. Unfortunately my quote changed significantly after verbal agreement with sales rep - an increase of $800.

I tried to call this company twice, the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I asked to speak with the owner and she just told me that he wasn't there, that she was very busy, and then just hung up! Obviously their customer service is terrible, and I would never hire this company for a job.
