Staff is very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable, and not pushy like jewelry stores can be. They're also good at assisting you in selecting the perfect diamond for your needs and desires.

After a horrible experince with another jeweler, I visited Jeff at William Jeffries Jewelers for advice on what to look for in a diamond. I was new to the area and had never visited his showroom. Jeff gave my wife and I an education on diamond clarity, cut & shape without ever asking us what we were looking to buy. We've been loyal customers ever since. Thanks Jeff..
