I worked with Dr. Kraus. I was an OR nurse in the room while he was operating. He is fantastic. I would let him work on me or my family in a heartbeat. I definitely don't say thi about many doctors considering I see all the good and the bad. He really knows his stuff and his limits. He really cares for his patients as well.

I had to transfer to Virginia with my husband for the military. I had to leave my current care and orthopedic surgeon and was referred to Riverside from Tri-Care. It has been the most horrible experience that I have ever gone through with any medical facility. They tell you that you need all your medical records sent in before they will even make an appointment or accept you as any patient....

Dr McGee provided me with excellent care when I visited the ER at Riverside Doctors Hospital in Williamsburg with a lacerated finger in which a staph had begun. This caused me to need surgery on my finger. Dr McGee was awesome. He is a caring and skilled surgeon. The after care I received from Dr. McGee was just also the best I have ever had from any doctor and I am 68 years old.

Dr. Salvant believes he is above scrutiny. He does not listen to your concerns and decides what he will or will not explain. His response to my questioning the reason for and the difference between surgical procedures for me was, "I'm the surgeon, I went to med School, you are not to question what I do in surgery. My personal experience with Dr. Hooker was excellent. I broke my arm went to Mary Immaculate Hospital where all they did was sling my arm and sent me home. A medical tech (my nephew) sent my e-ray to Dr. Hooker who did emergency surgery the very next day. Saved my life.
