Our tenant is right that he was incorrectly accused of causing the A/C to break down. Wilkinson PM was using the professional opinion of a qualified HVAC contractor. The tech. was partly right about some damage being caused by dog urine on the outside condenser but this is not why the A/C stopped working. Our contractor admitted that his tech. misdiagnosed the cause and sincerely apologized to us and to the tenants.
