I moved into White Oak Apartments about a year ago. The apartments are very nicely designed, they aren't extremely expensive, and the location is convenient. However, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you-including the train right behind the property. When we first moved into the apartment, we had no complaints. But now under new management the upkeep and staffing has changed. We've had problems with our washing machine and it's taken them about 3-4 weeks to come fix it. We've also had trouble like other residents with there being enough parking. Great location, right off of the Interstate.
Convenient to everything including Gas Stations, Grocery Stores, Restaurant's, etc.
The only Issue is the parking, one must make sure they have ran all of their errands by 6:00pm or they will not have a parking spot when the return!
