Inside Black Hawk's Lodge Casino, this upscale spot serves steaks, seafood such as honey-bourbon glazed salmon, a top-notch bison burger, and Colorado rack of lamb. Garlic-herb mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and rice pilaf can be ordered as sides. The views from the all-glass enclosure on a bridge above Richmond Street are divine.

Misconceptions on dining in Black Hawk have been made. People seem to picture $4 all-you-can-eat prime rib buffets. Although cheap prime rib exists in Black Hawk, so does fine dining and we found it at The White Buffalo Grille.
