The physical rehab department is wonderful. They are patient and kind but at the same time encourage my mother to work as hard as she can to recover from her recent joint replacement. The only positive thing about this place is the physical therapy. The nursing care is poor, the place don't have any computers to document any notes about daily activities about the patient. So, there is no proof of documentation about what is happening to the patient or the nursing care. The medicines are not being tracked for the patient. The doctor is unavailable to talk to.
