They go through front office staff often. They will not answer phone calls during business hours or return calls when you leave a message. When they do answer they are rude. You may even visit the office during businesses hours and no one will be there.
Mold is a problem affecting the windows and some of the walls. The breezeway also has mold. Staircases are raged so you must watch your step....

I am a home owner here and I contact the police at least twice a month due to gun fire and drug deals going down. I don't know what the other reviewer was seeing but not what is reality. This place has been put on high alert by our police department, told to me by a police official, due to the excessive crime resulting from these apartments. A year ago I visited this community and it appeared troubled, I re-visited this community a week ago and WOW!! what a beautiful change and a pleasure to see the manager again., they now have a waiting list and the community residents I saw was pleasant and a few said they love their community Westover and the manager.. The other office worker ? Keep up the great work.

This place charges a good price to live in hell, they are always shooting and more so always changing management. I would not recommend this place for anyone that wants a good nights rest. Please don't come.
