From what I have been reading, I am not the only person to think Westgate Jewelers is a very bad decision. I took my Grandmother's mine cut diamond ring to be sized and on the receipt is put "clear stone ring" so if anything happens to the ring she replaces it with a clear stone. I think not! Over a month later she blames me and people like me who call to see if it is done on why she can't get...

Poor workmanship AND service. Very disappointing!

Extremely disappointing service. Brought in 2 pairs of earrings to have a minor repair on the crimp (the part that the hook snaps onto behind your ear lobe). After 7 weeks with no contact, I called them to check on the earrings. Haven't had anything repaired there previously, so I wasn't sure about the turnaround time. I was told they would call me back.
