Worst car rental place ever went to dealship yesterday pre booked car for today for two days got conformation receipt every thing was good to go.seemed very nice at the time even spoke with the owner.offered to prepay for car for two days in advance they said no need pay on the day you collect it which at the time seemed fine we went to pick up car this morning and were told by the lady there that they gave away our car as there was other people waiting for it said they called one missed call from them at 8.15am this morning but left no message also still have conformation receipt which they said was no good what a crock,nice way to do business don't rent from this car dealship shady very shady this weekend is my wife 50 th birthday we were renting a big 8 seater to go away on trip with our kids for the weekend now my wife's 50th is ruined can't get our deposit back from the vacation spot in the poconos and the kids are all p@!%!d thanks for a great weekend and all the help you didn't provide nasty people nasty attitude and most of all no call or apology.

Excellent service on recent rental over holiday (Labor Day) weekend. Vehicle selected was readied, paperwork reviewed, and signed, and full instructions given within 30 minutes of arrival. Extra pointers on economizing offered. (Nice that manual also was in glove compartment.) Current model Scion handling superb in highway and local driving. All staff courteous and welcoming.
Honestly, the staff here is great. They are very attentive & explain everything well. A very smooth transaction! I rented their cargo van for a day! The price was cheap compared to other places...

Worst car dealership ever.. Bought a car Friday and had to give it back Monday and the guy hold on to my deposit and did not want to give it back..I report them to the BBB (better business bureau) and currently am taking them to court... Beware of the scam artist and make sure you take a mechanic with you if you are going there...
