I absolutely love this office!! Dr McLean and the girls are wonderful. We moved from Ohio in October and hoped to find a vet office that was similar to our vet office in Ohio. The staff exceeded our hopes and made us feel like family with our 4 fur babies.

I had a dog that I took to West Shore for grooming. Unfortunately, when my family went on a weekend vacation, we left him under their care. When we returned, we were informed that he was passing away and needed to be put down. During his stay he suffered from a stroke and became paralyzed. We rescued a puppy that within two days was on death's doorstep. She didn't respond well to our old veterinarian so we decided to take her to West Shore animal Hospital. With a different round of medication and a laundry list of things to do, this new puppy was a new dog within 17 hours. Unbelievable!!! Dr. Reed is a super star. Great staff well worth the trip!
