West roofing did a minor repair one of the rental properties I own. They were there for 45 minutes, repaired two pipe collars and retarred one vent and he charged me almost $800. When I questioned Mr. West about it, he first said he was there for about an hour. When I said that seemed high for an hour, he said an hour and a half. When I again said that seemed high, he said maybe it was two hours. He refused to send me a bill outlining labor vs material costs. I will never use or recommend this untrustworthy business again.
