I have been having my car serviced at West Laurel Sheel for several years. The staff is always most helpful an, the work is excellent, the prices are fair and they are most honest.

The actual service for my oil change was perfectly fine, but when I presented a $10 off coupon that was sent directly from them they said that I couldn't use the coupon, like he didn't know where it came from??!! IT WAS SENT FROM YOUR COMPANY-WEST LAUREL SHELL!!!! A lil pissed off this was there response.

I received excellent service at West Laurel Shell. Staff is always friendly and understanding. Tom, the owner, always takes to the time to speak with my husband or me. We will continue to bring our cars there.
