Hello, This man knows what he's doing and gets the job done. I have owned several pianos for over 20 years and have had Alexander tuning for me for the last 5 years. he is by far the best tuner i've had.

Terrible service, never go there

Needed to get my piano tuned. Called Westend piano, the guy with heavy Russian accent answered the call, scheduled an appointement in few days. The tuninf he made was just terrible, plus he overcharged me. I called him to complain but was rudely rejected.
AVOID westend piano!!!!
