My wife and I moved into this property 5 years ago. When we moved here it was a rush process because we needed somewhere to live. We had not seen what the place looked like until the day we moved in due to them not having a model unit. Its a large apartment for a really decent price in the area of being less than 10 mins to town center. The bad thing is there are no amenities here that we want....

This is a peacefull apartment complex they keep up with the land scape very helpful nice maintenance crew and all the restraunts and buisness and fun acttivites are at your fingger tips. and the beach is just a 15 minutes away.Over all its very nice calm place to live.

The size of the kitchen and other spaces is very good. Not sure about the neighborhood as it is in the Lake Edwards area. Brittney was very nice and professional. Limited utilities included with the rent, and distance to/from work is also a factor.
