About 2 1/2 years ago I was admitted to Kona Hospital with severe anemia. A colonoscopy was ordered since cancer was suspected. Dr. Peebles performed the test and the result was negative. Two years later a large, bleeding, cancerous tumor was removed from my colon - 'Doctor'Peebles had missed it although it was large to the extent it was causing anemia. I made an appointment with Dr peebles to remove a puss build up under my arm. I thought he was very polite and has good manners. It came back 3 months later, I got it removed again and then it came back 1 year later. Keep in mind I have to take time off work and my husband has to pull the mother and father duties. I was told my scaring would lighten up and it never did. I have a black spot...

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. We found the doctor very reactive to illness, and not proactive.
