I would think it is the person at the window of the drive thru to confirm your order is complete. Shame on me for always believing they have it right.
I have honestly never had a bad experience at this particular location. They have never messed up my order. Also my food comes in a very timely manner. Even on the half of days from Schools when I walk there the food still comes out quick and once and a while the manager comes to make sure every thing is all good. Overall happy with the staff.
