They will charge you for a car you wanted to buy, then two weeks later, after you bought the car, a different car, they won't credit your acct, but I moved to another state and insurance was 600.00 a year less, and wanted to cancel my old policy, there is a cancellation fee, two days before the policy that was already paid for expires.
