Are you kidding me? You don't even deserve a star.
I like the service design of your ATM machine. That is all. Thank God for good designers. But the employee to customer interaction is where it should be. I never write reviews, but I am so enraged with this bank that it is time to spill. I've had an account with them since it was Wachovia and I started college. My mother somehow caught them stealing money from her account at that time. Just a few hours ago I called in to ask 2 simple questions about the business loan process.
