My favorite place!!!! The staff is lovely and the facilities are beautiful, no waiting, no meat heads, no attitudes, soooooo sweet and special, same price as everywhere else!!!!

Cleanest friendliest gym in the west end.They have good options for weights and a good number of aerobic classes.Lap pool and family pool indoors.Sauna steam room and basketball court.Least crowded gym I have ever been in.
