Michelle is one of the nicest, trustworthy person around here. She puts on the most beautiful events in Hampton Roads. I definitely recommend her.

Michelle may be a very good wedding planner. Unfortunately, her unwillingness to specify in detail what she would do for the money she charges, even changing her story as we approached the point of signing a contract, caused our deal to fall apart. Her husband's bizarre behavior also scared us away.
She admits to being the most expensive wedding planner in Hampton Roads. She also claims to be ""one of the best in the country."" So you would expect world-class business processes, a clear contract, and a detailed statement of work. But instead you get vague and unmeasurable tasks like...

I would highly recommend that any bride hire a wedding coordinator to help take the stress and worry out of their big day. Michelle is the perfect choice. The wedding was on 9/12/08. Michelle was wonderful and took care of the details so that we could enjoy the day. She is enthusiastic and attentive. It was clear that her goal was to give to us the wedding of our dreams. Mission accomplished! Her assistant Kim was also amazing.

I recently used Michelle for my wedding, and what a great, friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful person to have around. She let me vent when I needed, and listened, and completely helped me do whatever I needed to do. She recommended vendors, which in turn I would recieve free rentals, or free consultations, or special discounts because I used her. She was very professional and organized. Everyone in my wedding party and family loved her, and loved having her around. She helped coordinate everything and helped me with being organized. The money was well worth every penny. She did...
