I was very impressed with our recent service visit. I called this morning and they gave me an appointment for today. The nice lady in the office called when he was headed to my house. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and even went to pick up our part and put it in on the same day. We are now warm and toasty again. I would definitely recommend this company...
We called Weather Makers recently when our heat went out. The technician was very nice, did trouble shooting with the Manufacturer of the system. Charged a standard $79 service call fee. The unit is only about 2 or 3 years old. The Manufacturer provided the part needed at no cost. The technician came back once the part came in. He spent 95 minutes doing the repair and we were charged over $530...
