bad attitude may keep customers away

i just tried calling in twice and the same woman with same bad attitude answers. tells me she cannot reserve rooms. ist first come first serve. and says the manager will even say this. of course not caring what i had to say, said her part then hung up on me. this all happened on sunday 31 jul 2011 before 1400 hrs.
i recommend if the public keeps gettin treated this way, we all should take this...

City laws prevents any hotel to stay open with the kind of things that individuals/ ex-employees are saying about the Wayside Motor Inn, Health Inspectors will not allow a property to maintain business with bugs in the rooms. Its an older style motel that look renovated from the outside, Check in was ok, nice, pleasant and respectful white lady. We went into the room OMG the ac was loud and stop working in the middle of the night. The maintenance ladies came by to fix that, two attractive white females.
