I have to say honestly this is by far the best apartments we have lived in.The manager is very nice and maintenance is great at coming out same day we call and its also nice seeing maintenance up in the morning making the complex looking good cleaning up.I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone who is looking for a complex (I've already told a lot of people).

I moved here from Wisconsin, and as a uhem....a mature chick, I had a lot of apprehensions about relocating to Newport News. My son had done a walkthrough with Fallon, the property manager before I moved and told me that the apartment was "nice". What the heck does THAT mean?? I just moved in but I love it here. Fallon the property manager she's is awesome she's so down to earth and so helpful. Chuck the maintenance man, my first day here I had to call him at 7:30 in the morning and he was at my apartment in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood is really quiet. Parking is good. I highly recommend these apartments

The office staff was great felt very welcoming like we've known each other for years. The location is great too, everywhere I need to go is right here. Neighbors seem very nice too. This is my first place since I mover here and I am very happy with my choice

I am currently a resident, I have been living here about a year and ahalf, so far I havent had many issues, the ac broke down one time and it was repaired in a timely manner, I notice roaches from time to time but nothing extreme, if I could change anything it would be the floor squeaking when I walk, but that usually comes with living in an apartment, I would recommend living here its peaceful...
