Help us make it rightapartment is only presentable from the appearance, but the actual parts, appliances, cleanliness are below average. Large cockroaches all over the place. Yes, they hire professionals to come disinfect, but if your neighbors are full of tenants that doesn't care, it'll continue to be a problem.
Great community that is nice and quiet, but near local shopping and markets. It remains well maintained with a park life atmosphere - the ponds nearby are soothing and peaceful, and going for a walk is no hardship. It has a large pool and fitness center, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Best apartment I've ever rented and plan to stay here as long as possible.
