good location... falling apart

I moved in Oct/Nov 2011, I was very excited being that this is my first apt on my own. At the time I was told there were no apt to tour besides the model apt. The model apt is beautiful, and loved the set up of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, each bathroom is built inside the bedroom, which is a great set up if you have a roommate. I came back a few days later after seeing some other apts and decided to go with Waters Edge. After the non refundable Admin fee was paid ($300), the floor and move in date was changed from what was previously discussed, I asked could I move in one day before the new...

Don't move In here. They don't think before they do things.
Take parking for instance. They tried to assign parking and only gave one assigned space to each apartment. That doesn't work if you have a two bedroom place with two people in different cars. Cars get towed quickly even if a friend is just popping in. Be careful.

They don't come out to do the repairs unless you hound them in person.

Management has no idea what they are doing, unless they can figure out a way to add charges then they're good at that.

Worst apartment experience ever. Will never recommend anyone to live...

Everything in the other reviews is true. Horrible Parking, Horrible Management, Horrible Maintenance, Horrible Price. Nothing ever works in my apartment and they keep saying it is fixed or I never told them. All Lies...No Ice Maker since day one. Cheapest ever Washer and Dryer. Take 3 cycles to dry anything. Wall are thin. Neighbors blast music and dont turn it down when they come into neighborhood.

I can not wait to leave in March and never come back, but if you are looking to pay a lot to live some where awful then this place is for you!

First off, I just want to say me and my boyfriend picked out this apartment complex and we completely REGRET it. One of the ladies who helped us with the lease and showed us around completely lied. Her name was Pam. She first told us our apartment would be on the 2nd floor, then when my boyfriend payed and everything for the first month she took us to a 3rd floor apartment. The area is horrible as well. The streets are crappy and they are VERY small. The chances of you finding a parking spot after 6 is slim. Speaking of slim, the parking spots are sooo tiny. I have been living here for 10 months and can't wait to move when my lease is up in 2 months. I hate that I am sitting in this community as I type this. When we moved in we were unable to get any curtains or pictures on the walls because the walls are so cheaply made a nail or screw will not hold in the wall, it just falls out so we have up no decorations or curtains. There has been several cars broken into around the parking lots, also they only have a few parking spaces and definitely not enough for all the residents, it is very rare that you get to even park near your apartment, so if...
