First time to dine in Edenton and we chose Waterman's, based on a friend's recommendation. Glad we did! Everyone enjoyed their food and dessert. The local craft beer I ordered wasn't bad. The salad was fresh and tasty. BUT. The broiled flounder special? Full of bones from a terrible job of filleting and soggy. Soggy not flaky. Good seafood at this restaurant

We ate at this restaurant in June and the seafood is worth waiting for. A lot of people eat here so you will have to wait awhile for your food, but it is well worth the wait.

I was excited to be on a coastal town (Edenton NC) where there is an Excellent opportunity to get a fresh sea food dinner. My server was Jessica who recommended the Flounder or the Snapper.
