Here are some things I want to shed light on that I LOVE about waterford, as well as things I wish I had known.
Pros:
Great new kitchen furnishings (and large, central kitchen), gated community, across the road from Little Creek JEB (Navy base), convenient washer/dryer for each building, lots of outlets, well equipped 24-hr gym, and good privacy.

My fiancé and I have been living in Waterford for over two years. We lived in a 1 bedroom for our first year here and are now in a 2 bedroom. ( wanted more space/storage).
