Unreliable and uncaring

I filled out the online request for a consultation. Patrick called me and scheduled Friday, 8/22/2014 at 12:00 noon. At 12:20 p.m. the receptionist told me Patrick would be 5 or 10 minutes "he's running behind". At 12:45 p.m. I told her I was leaving, that 45 minutes late was not acceptable. She said "I'm sorry, I don't know where he is". REALLY? Don't know where he is???
