I made an appointment earlier in the week for an estimate. The day of the appointment, they were a no-show. I called an hour later to see where they were. The guy took my address and phone number--didn't ask for my name--and said he would call back. I never heard from them again.

These people promised to repair a window for well over a week, right up to the time I was to leave town for a time. They left me haniging at the last minute, saying they broke the window they were supposed to put in. Avoid at all costs.

the absolute worst. total rip off. horrible human beings. do not ever use these people. you are better off with trash bags on your windows. seriously, this is company is SCAM. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

Don't bother. They made an appointment with for an estimate and never showed up. I wasted a whole day waiting for them. This is no way to do business or treat perspective customers.
