AMR and owner, Rachid, is a total scam. Had him come to fix 4 appliances for more than 1,000$ and basically didn't fix anything, came back only once and since then has ignored calls, texts and emails. Supposedly has a 90 day warranty on all appliances which he refuses to honor. Reported to BBB and found out he and his company are not accredited and already have scam alerts placed.

Called DC Appliance Repair with faulty dishwasher that had been plaguing us for ages. The technician showed up and after much searching found a v small leak that had been causing the dishwasher to shut down. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. Came home from work to find the ice in the icemaker melted, the freezer at 5 degrees, refrigerator at 50 degrees and the milk soured. Went on GE's web page and the first appointment they could give me was in a week. Not being able to go a week with a functioning refrigerator, I went on Yelp and found Washington DC Appliances Repair.

Service was good. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Service on a Saturday (and had to come back Sunday for the actual repair). The technician quickly figured out the problem and was able to repair quickly. I would recommend them and use them again.
