The Tradition of American hospitality runs deep at the site of the Washington Crossing Inn. Weary colonists rested here before the ferry trip across the Delaware River. Although the food is excellent, we were a bit disappointed with the service on this visit. We had reservations for noon, but we still ended up waiting 15 minutes to be seated. The waitress we had was not friendly and rarely checked back to see if we needed refills on water or coffee.

We had high hopes after being greeted by a professional and friendly hostess who seated us at a nice table in a beautiful room. However, it went downhill fast from there. She never returned to see if we were pleased...

Had a great dinner while catching up with long-time friends. We had a table to ourselves in The Library. The food was delicious and service was solid.

After an afternoon matinee in New Hope, felt the Washington Crossing in would be the perfect spot for a casual birthday dinner. We were not disappointed. We were welcomed immediately and brought to our table in the front of the restaurant. There was plenty of room between tables, therefore we were more than comfortable. The waitress, Jenn T., welcomed us and asked if we would like to order...

Conveniently located to Interstate 95 in historic Bucks County at the site of George Washington's famous crossing on Christmas night, 1776, this charming & historic country Inn offers exquisite continental cuisine with an American flair.

Let the Washington Crossing Inn host your next social event! Known for our manicured gardens, handsome interior, gourmet meals, & reasonable prices, the Inn is the perfect setting for any occasion.

This beautiful Colonial-style inn is supposed to be the last dining place that General Washington visited before the famous battle of 1776. In fact, the Inn itself is a historic landmark and was the halting point for many colonial travelers as well. If history is not your area of interest, then maybe the Inn's beautiful layout will appeal to you as will the food. Visitors can dine on the porch,...
