After sales is complete no one is willing to help you if you run into problem. They need to train their personnel better in how to take care of their customers. I don't think owners know what's going on in their company. If any of their customers need help after the appliances has been sold - good luck, no one will help you.

Buying from them is not a problem. Getting service is terrible. I have the extended warranty, and the appliance I bought stopped functioning correctly. Call 1: owner (Jim Warner) left a message...
