James Abbott is an excellent electrical technician. He installed a Broan Fan/Heater/Light/ unit to replace the original Nutone that was no longer working. Even though we had only 3 input wires coming in, he made the unit work. The Broan 77DW switch that I purchased did not work because it required 4 wires. James was able to use the old 3 wire switch. James was very professional and went beyond what we expected in upgrading our duct work in the attic before installing the insulation. He identified issues that already existed and corrected them in the course of his work. We are already seeing a decrease in our heating bill. I would recommend his work to anyone and look forward to using him again for other projects in our home.

James actually came out the same day to give me an estimate. Not realizing Monday was a holiday, we scheduled the work. I let him know later that I could wait a day so he would not have to work on the holiday, but he came and completed the work on Monday morning anyway. He was thorough and professional. James did a great job.
