The customer service that I received on 12/17/14 was completely unsatisfactory! While the secretary and Mrs. P exhibited professional behavior, the same cannot be said of the young lady (Jasmine) who did my hair. She was rude, attitudinal, and lacked the customer service skills that a hair dresser in training should exhibit. She is NOT someone who I want to work on my head EVER again.
