I would never use this company and advise anyone looking for someone to fix issues with their well to NOT call this guy. Communication and time management were poor. I was told on Sunday that he would call me and let me know if he would be out after lunch on Monday since he had another job in the morning. That was fine, however I never received a call. I called him at 2:00pm on Monday and he finally returned my call Monday night and said he would be out first thing on Tuesday morning, which was 9:00am. He has good rating until today. Very dissatisfied. Will not return your call if you are not the homeowner. Was supposed to be at my home two days ago and didn't bother to call and say he wasn't coming. I called two phone numbers and left messages for him and he never bothered to call me back. I've been hooked up to my landlords water for three days drawing off of their well but not enough water...
