im sure a lot of people would give anything for a job....even if it is at walmart. customer service manager ken, at least thats what his nametag states, is an embarrassment to all those in the retail service industry.
upon asking for a manager at the customer service desk when the rep refused to allow me to make a return at 8 pm on a friday when the store closes at midnight, ken came towards the cs desk. as a 7 month pregnant woman, i was barely given the chance to speak. i was brutally screamed at- his hand waving in my face- & at one point i even begged him to back away from me because i...

All of the staff are so busy chatting amongst themselves that they can not be bothered to assist a customer. This happened not once but twice in 3 months I now take my business elsewhere.
