I am currently waiting in line at this store. I only have 2 items. It took me 4 min to get these items, but I have been in line almost 20 min..What gives? Sucks, I'll be driving to Yorktown Walmart. They don't have what you need and the workers are no help, how you don't have cream of shrimp soup? I'll take the extra minute to go to Yorktown. More organized, clean. That Walmart is a mess.

Walmart (especially the one in Hampton), is literally the WORST store there is. Customer service is existent. There is no communication between managers and staff. Every now and then you'll find a rare gem who is actually willing to help out, but most of the time you can tell that the employees don't want to be bothered with you.
