I'm only reviewing the vision center, not the entire store. Special thanks to employees for doing a good job and one manager for going out of her way to provide good service. I'll be returning to the vision center. I can't say the same about the rest of the store. Just horrible. I go to Edison or other stores. …

Horrible customer service I called to c if my item was shipped to the store I was put on hold 5 times and my question unanswered I asked to speak to a manager twice and after waiting over 10 min each time no one ever came to the phone I'm big on customer service and although this store is close to my house I will not return!!! Absolutely terrible
