This is actually THE worst Walmart and overall store in the New River Valley. There is always very long lines with managers just standing around talking or smoking outside the store while ignoring how ridiculously out of hand the lines get. There are honestly only about 5 people who are there who actually understand how customer service SHOULD work. Horrible experience!
