I called to place a large order from the Produce department for a Charity event. My first call was answered by a fax tone, during the second call I was put on hold until I hung up after 5 minutes of no one getting back on the phone and the 3rd call got me to the produce department, but then I was put on hold for a number of minutes again.
I have had a great experience with my site to store
Poor service desk. I called there phone line three times in a row for as long as it would let me and no anwser! I then went to the store and no one was at the desk until a cashier called for one. I then asked why no one was available at the desk for customer assistance, and there excuse was that they were on a smoke break and that I would understand if I delt with the people they delt with...
The business is very dependable and enjoyable. The prices are great and affordable. I would not trade it for nothing.
