Tasty burgers. Great service. Classic diner ambience. I'm from NJ where diners have page after menu page of food choices. This is not the case at Walker's but nonetheless, has a great local feel.

We have been travelling round Virginia and stopped by chance at this classic dinner. Yes it is small 14 stools but that is what this diner is about. The food was prepared in front of us and tasted delicious. Someone said it was was pricey after nearly two weeks of on the road dining, this was one of the cheapest...

Not friendly to tourists. There is a much nicer cafe diagonally across the street. I'd recommend skipping Walkers and going there.

Very cute. Great food and I love their milkshakes! I have visited this place multiple times. It is right near the High Bridge Trail State Park. Very limited seating inside but they have additional seating outside.

Nostalgic, good food, a tad pricey

We stumbled upon this place about 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was quite surprised that we only had to wait a few minutes to get a seat. The place is cute and nostalgic. We truly appreciate a small, local diner. The staff were very friendly, nice and provided quick service.
