The two locations (Silverbrook and Lee Memorial Hwy) are excellent. However, this place is awful and I'll never be going back.
I came in with a mild ear infection (I thought) and asked if I needed my ears flushed for wax. The nurse practitioner did it, and did it very ham-fistedly, so painfully that when she flushed my left ear, I screamed and began crying immediately. When I said, "You hurt me" she said, "I didn't hurt you, I do this to people all the time." And looked at me like I was stupid. The doctor had to come back in and look at my ears...she seemed mystified as to why my ears were bothering me and gave me antibiotics as if to pacify me rather than offer me an apology for the ineptness of her assistant or explain what could have made a simple ear flush so painful.
Now, my ears are worse than when I went in, and I wish I had never come here!

Wouldn't even let them pay out of pocket. Then the doctor, who was abrupt and kind of scornful, gave us antibiotics that the ER …
I needed to get seen for a flu lasting over 2 weeks and my normal primary care couldn't fit me in. I waited for almost an hour just to get called back only to have the doctor come in, no notes, no file nothing. He didn't ask me any questions just listened to my lungs and got me an Rx telling me it was a …
